The Harrison Jolly Boosters had a great meeting tonight. We had several demonstrations. We had demonstrations on how to make peanut butter cookies and red velvet cake. We had a demonstration on how to show chickens. We had a speaker from Paulding power company. He was very interesting. We loved his demonstration on power. We learned a lot of safety tips around the power lines and why we need to stay away from down power lines after storms and accidents. He told us about the voltage that runs through the lines and where it goes, and what happens if you touch a power line. He had a very cool prop that we all loved looking at. It was a great meeting and we learned a lot.
